The offices in Helmond, (Netherlands) and Cholet (France) form together the competence centre, where close collaboration takes place in developing new products and marketing strategies. These locations are also responsible for the management of the supply chain and global distribution to more than 80 countries. In addition, sales to the Dutch and export markets take place at the Helmond location. Job description: * You are responsible for NPR (Non Product Related) negotiations (indirect buying’s) contracts with supplier for the site Dorel Netherlands (e.g. facilities, building, energy, company cars, printings, marketing services etc). * The annual NPR budget for Dorel Europe is 40 million Euros * You are involved in European NPR projects to support the competence center and to realize agreements on an European level. * In this position you are a linking pin between your internal customers and external suppliers concerning contracts, price and delivery terms and other relevant conditions. * You are able to understand the requirements of your internal customer and you can link these requirements to possible suppliers. * You can analyze the offers and possibilities of relevant suppliers in the market. * In your contacts with suppliers you are able to adjust your way of negotiation in order to reach the target * You are well organized in your way of working, able to switch tasks and handle a full portfolio in a wide variety of services and suppliers * To contribute to cost saving programs you make reports and deliver accurate information about your results * You report to the Lead buyer NPR which is located in France Requirements: * Degree in BA (included nevi 1) * 4 years relevant purchasing experience, preferable in NPR * Negation skills, be able to adapt to the situation * Excellent communication skills * Result driven * Time management, prioritization * Fluency in English, able to work cross-border and across cultures; frequent travelling is required.
